Franchising is a marketing system of products and /or services and / or technologies , based on a close and continuous collaboration between a business owner of a brand or a sign known as a franchisor and with franchisees .
Why do we engage in a franchise ?
For the franchisor: the action of franchise permits him/her to develop his/her brand on the Tunisian market, to organize a fast territorial presence in return for a minimal investment , to intensify a major economic presence that will assist him/her to gain competitive conditions ( Sale conditions, logistics to achieve significant economies of scale ) and to establish his/her international network.
For the franchisee , In formulating the intention to opt for a franchise relationship, he/she becomes his/her own boss and commits his/her future in terms of his/her career, capital all on solid foundations.
A law regulating the franchise has been adopted by the Tunisian Chamber of Députés ( representatives ) on July 21, 2009.( for more details , click here ) |
