For over 3 years, the CCIT has continued to promote the franchise in Tunisia, which has led many Tunisian companies to become interested in this business model.
Thus the majority of exhibitors were some fifty local companies seeking franchisees and looking for more knowledge and understanding for this domain.
Despite political uncertainty and economic difficulties in Tunisia, Tunis-med franchise was a real successful opportunity assembling : many public and private sectors , local and international sectors affirming their interest in this model of business creation and jobs, governmental organizations that have shown their support to this leverage of development consultants who responded to all questions relating to the franchise.Over than 3000 visitors enjoyed their presence at the exhibition to learn more about the franchise, understand its mode of operation and ask their questions and queries directly to franchisors exhibitors and to different stakeholders in workshops.Tunis-med franchise was marked by the presence of the Minister of Commerce and Tourism, Mr. Mehdi Houas who especially recommended to free the entry of foreign franchises in prioritizing service franchises’ such as real estate services.Tunisia franchise, participated in the first edition of the franchise exhibition: Tunis-Med Franchise held on 10, 11 and 12 December 2009 in Tunis, and in the third edition, which was held on 7, 8 and 9 December 2011 at the UTICA.
